Assisting me is [Assistant’s Name], who will be supporting you throughout the session. Please ensure that you use grammar at all times, remain seated, and only speak when instructed. If you have any questions, please private message me using the private chat. For example, you can type /TrainerName followed by your question. Assistant speaks to trainees: Hello everyone, I’ll be assisting your Trainer today. Please stay focused and professional throughout the session. If you need help with something small, you may politely ask me.

ABOUT RABBSFARM PRIMARY SCHOOL

Trainer speaks to trainees: Rabbsfarm Primary School is a safe and inclusive environment where every child matters. Our values are Respect, Care, and Learning. Every staff member is expected to act professionally and set a good example for pupils. Your actions and words represent the school at all times, both in lessons and around the campus. We expect kindness, patience, and fairness from every member of staff. Remember, professionalism is not just expected, it is required.

SESSION STRUCTURE

Trainers and Assistants must explain the stages clearly before beginning.

Trainer speaks to trainees: This training is divided into four stages: Stage 1 – Grammar and Behaviour Assessment Stage 2 – Roleplay and Scenarios Stage 3 – Roleplay and Teaching Guidance Stage 4 – Final Exam and Feedback I will be sending you private messages throughout this session. Please respond politely and with correct grammar.

Assistant speaks to trainees: During the session, I will be observing your professionalism and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly.

STAGE 1: GRAMMAR & BEHAVIOUR

The Trainer will privately message each trainee the following questions.

Questions to send:

  1. Why is grammar important when working at Rabbsfarm Primary School?

  2. Please introduce yourself as if you were greeting your class.

  3. How would you describe the word “respect”?

  4. How should you behave when representing Rabbsfarm?

Trainer speaks to trainees after questions: Thank you for your answers. Please wait quietly while I review your responses.

Assistants should take notes on any trainee who shows poor grammar or unprofessional behaviour.

STAGE 2: ROLEPLAY AND SCENARIOS

Trainer speaks to trainees: We will now move on to Stage 2 – Roleplay and Scenarios. You will be given realistic school situations and must respond professionally and appropriately. Please send your answers to me privately.

Questions to send:

  1. A pupil refuses to complete their work. What would you do?

  2. Two pupils begin arguing in class. How would you respond?

  3. A pupil starts crying because they miss their parent. How would you comfort them?

  4. You see another staff member acting unprofessionally. What would you do?

  5. A pupil shouts at you during class. How would you respond calmly and maturely?

Trainer speaks after reviewing: Thank you for your answers. Please wait quietly while I review them.

Assistants quietly monitor behaviour, helping the Trainer identify strong and weak responses.

ROLEPLAY AND TEACHING GUIDANCE

Trainer speaks to trainees: We will now move to Stage 3 – Roleplay and Teaching Guidance. This section will help you understand how to act as a teacher or staff member during normal school roleplay. At Rabbsfarm, teaching is about professionalism, encouragement, and care. You must always be calm, clear, and patient with pupils.

When beginning a lesson, greet pupils kindly. For example: “Good morning class, please take your seats quietly.” Always explain the task clearly and check that everyone understands before starting. Encourage pupils who work hard and assist those who struggle. If a pupil misbehaves, stay calm and polite. For example: “Please remember to use inside voices.” Never shout, insult, or lose control of your emotions. Your behaviour should inspire pupils to behave well and enjoy learning.

At the end of lessons, dismiss your class respectfully. For example: “Thank you class for your hard work today. You may now head to lunch.” During roleplay, always remain professional. Do not use slang, abbreviations, or out-of-character language. Work cooperatively with other staff members, follow leadership instructions, and remember that teamwork keeps Rabbsfarm running smoothly. Teaching here is not only about delivering lessons — it’s about making every pupil feel valued and supported.

Assistant speaks to trainees: While your Trainer teaches and demonstrates, I will be observing how you behave and respond. Assistants help maintain order and give quiet reminders about grammar or behaviour if needed. We also support the Trainer by ensuring trainees understand what is being explained.

FINAL EXAM

The Trainer will now send each trainee private exam questions.

Trainer speaks to trainees: You will now complete the Final Exam. Please answer each question in private chat using full grammar and complete sentences. Do not rush — take your time to think before you answer.

Questions to send:

  1. What are the three main values of Rabbsfarm Primary School?

  2. Why is grammar important during lessons and roleplay?

  3. How should staff act during class?

  4. What would you do if a pupil becomes upset?

  5. What should you do if another staff member acts unprofessionally?

  6. How do you begin a lesson professionally?

  7. What makes a good teacher at Rabbsfarm?

  8. How can you praise pupils for good work?

  9. What should you do if two pupils argue?

  10. What does “Every child matters” mean at Rabbsfarm?

Trainer speaks after the exam: Thank you for your responses. Please remain silent while I review your results.

Assistants help ensure the trainees stay quiet, focused, and professional during this stage.
